"Directoire Style Mahogany Chiffonier Table"
A Directoire-style mahogany chiffonier or bedside table, opening at the front with three drawers, the white marble top surrounded by an openwork gallery. One key works on the three original locks. The drawers and sides are decorated with brass trim. The four tapered legs are joined by a stretcher and terminate in sabots. A small four-sided piece of furniture in very good original condition, cleaned and refinished. Space between the top and the drawers: 28 cm.
