Brass mountings.
Ovoid pommel with rivet button.
Handle with twelve rows of scales.
Rectangular crossguard with trapezoidal lugs chiselled with a Phrygian cap in relief.
Crosse guard.
Two secondary branches in iron, ending in olive-shaped brass quillons.
Straight blade with central ridge.
Laminated brass scabbard with two ring loops, chiselled with the symbol of equality, long palmette pommel and half-moon quill, red silk fittings.
