A rare enameled vase with a heraldic lion decoration enhanced with gilding, set against an acid-etched background of geometric patterns. A piece from the Art Nouveau period, in perfect condition. A frieze of floral motifs adorns the neck, and another the base, framing the decoration. Signed under the base "Daum Nancy" with the Cross of Lorraine. Made around 1890, a piece from the early works of the Daum brothers.
