Vermeil Necklace Set With Garnets.
This vermeil necklace consists of a double-link curb chain supporting a garnet-set medallion. At its center is a larger, teardrop-shaped stone, flanked by three small flowers. It bears a hallmark, a weevil in a rectangle, in use since 1893. It is fitted with a spring ring clasp. 20th century. Length 41.5 cm.
