Cream and gilt lacquered trumeau. The pediment is decorated with acanthus leaf garlands, rosettes, palmettes, and ribbons. The friezes feature heart-shaped motifs, acanthus leaves, and egg-and-dart molding. The sides are flanked by caryatids in sheaths surmounted by heads of antique women in the Greek style. Empire period.
