"Second Half Of The 19th Century English Goldsmith's Scale"
Precious precision scale, used for goldsmith work, made of brass. The scale consists of a central skeleton from which chains extend that support the two respective plates. The plates are engraved with the initials "L" and "R," standing for "left" and "right," indicating the position of the two plates. This is a tasteful and refined curiosity, capable of adding a touch of class to any space. Finally, the back is inscribed with the manufacturer's name, Miles & Co., and the city of London, indicating that the piece was manufactured in England in the second half of the 19th century.
