Oil on canvas signed Leon Kelly (1901-1982), counterdated 1932. This American painter from Philadelphia lived in Paris between 1925 and 1930, a work of his "youth," as he returned to Philadelphia in 1930. While in France, he was influenced by the works of Leonardo da Vinci. His works are held in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Whitney Museum in New York, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Portrait of a nude woman; dimensions: 51 x 41 cm
