Antique Vietnamese Silver Handled Cane, Walking Stick, 19th Century

A top-quality Antique Vietnamese cane, dating to the 19th century, featuring a solid silver crook handle deeply decorated in high relief with bamboo leaves.

The silver has not been cleaned or polished — that pleasure will go to the lucky buyer.
The handle is beautifully modelled, with crisp detailing and a strong sculptural presence. The crook form is elegant, comfortable in the hand, and very sturdily made — a genuinely usable cane.

The hardwood shaft retains its original patina, terminating in a metal ferrule.
Length: 92 cm.

Good condition, with normal age-related wear to the shaft.
