"Southern Landscape, Lithograph By Max Savy "
A landscape of the Aude region depicting peasants at work, numbered and signed by Max Savy, painter and illustrator (Albi 1918 - Narbonne 2010), initially a schoolteacher, involved in the Resistance, and later a drawing teacher. His preferred subjects poetically depict the Mediterranean countryside and agricultural work. The glass may affect the quality of the photographs. The last photograph shows one of his paintings exhibited in Narbonne, the capital of the Aude department. Natural oak frame, all in perfect condition.
