Louis XVI Fireplace
An elegant Louis XVI style fireplace featuring fluted jambs and candlesticks. It has two carved daisies as connecting blocks. A double garland of flowers joined by a central knot adorns the frieze. The mantel rests on a cornice with dentils and foliage. An interlaced molding separates the frieze from the cornice. Restorations consistent with age and use. Ref A6385
