"Louis XVI Fireplace"
Louis XVI fireplace in white Carrara marble and bronze. Straight fluted jambs in which bronze asparagus are inlaid. Surmounted by a plaque with a laurel wreath. The entablature is a molded plaque decorated with a garland typical of the style. This fireplace is in perfect condition. It comes from a Manor of the early 19th century in Brittany. All their augmentation and shapes correspond completely to the pure Louis XVI style, with an additional refinement of the bronze plating. This fireplace has its cast iron counterheart.
