19th Century Cloisonné Bronze Teapot
I am offering this superb Asian tripod teapot, most likely Japanese, in cloisonné bronze. The cloisonné work is extremely fine and rare, with a brilliant blue background of incomparable beauty. It is decorated with butterflies among flowers. The teapot rests on three small, short feet. Meiji period, 19th century.
