Object description :

"Pol Chambost Ceramics. "
Animal sculpture by Pol Chambost depicting a pigeon, suitable as a flower frog. A very attractive piece in excellent original condition, enhanced by a beautiful patina and a lovely deep, luminous blue characteristic of this great artist. Pol Chambost was a renowned artist, a graduate of the School of Applied Arts to Industry, specializing in sculpture. After the war, he founded his own company and distributed his creations worldwide. He was an icon of the French style of the 1950s and developed a very colorful and distinctive style inspired by nature. His work is featured in numerous museums. This is one of his catalogued and signed works, featuring the typical blue colors of some of his pieces and quite rare on the market. Shipping is available within France and worldwide via secure, insured package with order tracking. The sculpture can also be collected in person at Domaine Avallrich, Montescot 66200 (Tel: +33 6 11 14 25 33) or at my stand at the Montpellier Cipolat market, held every two months on the market terrace.
