A very pretty carved wooden chest made of Aleppo pine or Lebanese cedar. Beautiful Orientalist decoration. The top is slightly worn. The hinges have been restored. There are a few small wormholes (treated). There is a water stain on the top. The feet show slight wear. (See all photos) Good overall condition, very fine carvings. Uncommon.
