19th Century Walnut Panel
A large walnut panel (39 cm wide x 29 cm high) carved with two dolphins being pulled by a cherub carrying a man blowing a conch shell, while a cherub in the sky accompanies them. This work is reminiscent of the sculptures of Clodion (a late 18th-century sculptor whose works are widely represented in the Louvre). The late 19th-century panel is in superb condition with a beautiful patina. Shipping within France via Colissimo with tracking: €45 (weight-based).
