A very pretty pair of Louis XVI lacquered wood armchairs, dating from the 18th century. These two cabriolet chairs rest on four tapered, fluted legs, the two front legs being reeded. The armrest supports and the ends of the armrests are also decorated with fluting. The backs are medallion-shaped and feature very simple moldings. The upholstery and fabric are original and in very good condition. The seats are comfortable. Both chairs have a solid frame. However, we note some wear to the paint due to the age of these chairs.
