Percussion revolver with dog safety and flaming, launching blade, cork, 11mm caliber, 19th century.
The weapon bears a proof mark from the Liège proof house, namely: a crowned Y: countermark of the inspector, in use from 1853 to 1877. It is in excellent working order. Near mint condition, very little used (a few oxidation spots). Beautiful original patina (polished steel) with an internally rifled barrel. Attractive checkered wooden grips. Excellent single and double action with crisp percussion. Folding trigger. Barrel length: 15.5 cm. Overall length: 27 cm.
