Miniature Sedan Chair In Gilded And Varnished Wood, Martin Style, Early 20th Century

A substantial miniature sedan chair in giltwood, stucco, and Martin varnish.
It perfectly captures the spirit of full-size 18th-century models.
With its intricate details, it opens at the front with a glass door revealing an interior with a seat, all upholstered in pink satin.
The exterior is entirely gilt and features Martin varnish decorations on the door and sides, depicting flowers, musical instruments, and gallant couples in the style of Fragonard.
The two giltwood arms are removable, allowing for safe transport or packaging.
The glass panes have a floral design;
one has been replaced.
In good overall condition.
