In a typical Art Nouveau style, this openwork bronze inkwell depicts water lilies or lotuses, with a large blooming flower in the center, surrounded by leaves and buds. It features a lidded compartment for two inkwells, a pencil holder, and a small tray.
Signed underneath in capital letters "Geschützt," a signature often found on Viennese bronzes.
In very good condition, circa 1900.
