Work Desk Circa 1830
Ladies and gentlemen, get writing! Here is a writing desk for standing up in your office, with wide shelves for storing documents flat. A collector of drawings could use it to display their works attractively. One of the drawers contains a small shelf to extend the inclined surface for larger documents. The base is typical of the first half of the 19th century and is made of light, light wood. Good overall condition (minor scratches).
