A fine mahogany office chair, attributed to Jacob Frères. Empire period, early 19th century. Embellished with ram's head motifs at the ends of the armrests. The front legs are typical of Jacob Frères' work, while the rear legs are saber-shaped. In very good condition: no damage to the wood or the frame. There are a few minor cracks in the backrest (see photos), which are normal for its age. The original varnish could be refreshed (slightly faded on the right). Seat dimensions: H 45 x W 49 x D 46 cm
