A solid silver sewing kit in a small leather-covered box. It contains: - A pair of embroidery scissors (the blades are sharp but need sharpening). - A needle case - An embroidery awl - A boar's needle - A thimble (neither pierced nor dented). All the items are hallmarked with a boar's head and are in fairly good condition. The lid of the box bears the initials "ST," and inside is the silversmith's name and address: "Originally, 29 rue de l'Opéra, Paris." Note a very slight dent on the top of the case. Box dimensions: 11.7 cm x 6 cm
