Circular presentation dish with a central stylized flower motif, adorned around the edges with three perched eagles forming feet, from the German manufacturer JP Kayser & Son, known for its line of pewter objects produced under the name "Kayserzinn".
Here is one of the examples of its production of brass objects.
Stamp of the bird surmounting "Kayser" on one of the feet.
