The vase is in very good condition (there are reflections on the photos which are inevitable).
The painting is inspired by an opera by Claude Debussy, L'après-midi d'un faune with Vaslav Nijinsky.
Magnificent work of exquisite colors and great refinement.
There is no signature but I found objects really very similar with this one, see photo.
