Old Ottoman glazed ceramic representing an elephant with two figures on its back.

Period: to be determined.

As you can see in the photos it is in its original state, I have barely dusted it off (see arrowed photos)
A character's head is missing, the one at the front, the two tusks, an arm, a piece horn which was tinkered with and is not original.
Traces of old restorations with staples, glue and plaster, carried out at different periods and not always skillfully.
