Made of blue-lacquered metal, it rises on a thin stem resting on a rectangular base equipped with three small casters, allowing it to be easily moved. Its halogen source underlines Sottsass's approach, keen to combine functional rigor with formal simplicity. This creation testifies to the fruitful collaboration between the Italian designer and the Austrian lighting manufacturer Zumtobel.
Edition: Zumtobel, circa 1987.
