Exceptional and very rare Louis XVI style dining suite , based on a model by Jean-Henri Riesener.
The set includes 9 pieces: 1 large dresser, 1 display cabinet, 6 gondola model chairs and a rectangular table.
Beautifully executed, the marquetry is of superior quality and the bronzes are finely chiseled and gilded.
A French work circa 1900.
This dining room is in good condition (unrestored), the legs of the 6 chairs need to be stabilized (glued back, not broken!).
