"Pair Of Wall-mounted Coat Racks, In Metal And Wooden Balls, 1960s, Attributed To Roger Feraud"
Pair of wall lamps in painted metal and painted wooden balls, attributed to Roger Feraud. The structure of these wall lamps is in dark green painted iron, the red and green balls of which are original and in perfect condition. One wall lamp has two red balls and one green one, the other, two green balls and one red ball. This pair of wall lamps with a minimalist and refined design can be attributed to Roger Feraud, a French designer who, after studying at the Beaux Arts in Paris, worked for big names such as Dior, Chanel, and Cocteau, before setting up his own design house. His work is exhibited at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
