Double-edged steel blade, marked ‘Alles für Deutschland’ (Everything for Germany) on one side and ‘E. KNECHT & Co SOLINGEN’ under two deer heads on the other side.
Brown wooden pommel, decorated with the SA rune sign on a badge on the bevelled part and the national eagle in nickel silver with a swastika in the middle.
Nickel silver pommel and guard, monogrammed ‘Wm’ for the local Gruppe.
Brown painted steel sheet scabbard, chrome-plated nickel fittings.
Brown leather belt loop with oval buckle.
The SA-Dolch 1933 dagger was adopted on 15 December 1933.
