"18th Century Framed Fan"
Beautiful fan from the Transition period Louis XV - Louis XVI. The sheet is made of gouache paper representing a gallant scene in a rural setting. Highlighted with friezes of multicolored flowers at the top and on the edges, additional touches of golden threads. Ivory strands delicately pierced with days in the shape of shuttles, clovers etc. The openwork stick also carries a medallion showing a female bust. Some visible traces of wear, look carefully at the photos; some untimely reflections due to the glass may appear. Nevertheless, this fan, now fixed on a blue fabric background in a beautiful professional frame, remains protected under glass. Golden trimmings bordering the frame. Original fixings on the back. Price not negotiable. Delivery: 15€ for mainland France. Other destinations: contact me.
