Very rare box containing everything needed to inject a narcotic (morphine, cocaine, etc.). It includes a syringe, 3 needles, and a bottle in their specific housing. The case is made of silver-plated metal with Inca or Mayan motifs. The set is in very good condition except for two slight dents in the case.
