Masonic Sword - USA - IOOF Pariarchs Militant, Civil War Victorian era. XIX°. Globular apple representing the terrestrial globe surmounted by a crown. Filigree fuse and quillon in "S" with openwork chiseled plate with decoration of a crown, Pastoral crosier, sword and chain. Flat blade with 2 edges and median edge acid-etched with a decoration and animals, Sheep and Lion, coat of arms and on the heel on one of the faces the monogram "PM" (Patriarchs Militant). On the other face on the heel inscription of the manufacturer and two-thirds identity of the recipient "RD Mandigo" between a Sheep and a Lion. Nickel-plated steel scabbard with 3 engraved and chiseled brass elements, two of which carry bail rings and coat of arms with the motto "Paxaut Bellum" sheep and lion as well as pastoral crosiers and swords.
