"Puiforcat : 12pc Sterling Silver Neogothic Flatware Set, “fer De Lance” Pattern"
Sublime PUIFORCAT sterling silver 12-piece cutlery set in the Gothic style. Service composed of its 6 large forks and 6 large spoons in the rarepattern called "Fer de Lance", with spatulas embellished by an applied monograms. The set is presented in a period flatware box upholstered in chamois leather in a red-vermilion tone. Minerva hallmarks 1st Title (.950) and Hallmarks of the Master Goldsmith PUIFORCAT (Hallmarks with the initials "EP" and a penknife) received in 1857 including the hallmarks overprinted by that of the reseller LANGUEDOCQ whose Signature can also be found in full on the edges (see photo). Sublime and important cutlery set in very good condition, presented in a box, moreover revised and cleaned by our Goldsmith, micro scratches from use. A pure marvel to discover through the attached photos ....
