Rare large entrance hall lantern in wall applique, rectangular section in painted sheet metal with decoration of animated scenes in a park in quality clothes, It is glazed on the sides, the door opens on the front and clips by sliding rod The interior reveals a circular cavity with openwork bottom, intended to receive the oil lamp The top forms an openwork chimney The back has a welded hook to fix the lantern to the wall, thus making it removable In good used condition, however the painting has some losses and old repairs Height 50cm Length 23cm Depth 17cm Work from the Empire period early 19th century
