"Empire Period Mahogany Tric-trac Table"
Lovely Empire period tric-trac table in solid mahogany and burl mahogany veneer from the first part of the 19th century.

It opens with two opposing drawers and rests on four "Jacob" legs finished with gilt bronze casters with wheels.
Removable top. It is upholstered with its original brown leather which has a superb patina on one side for the desk part, on the other side with green felt for the game.
The boxes opens for the game of Jacquet, inlaid with ivory on an ebony veneer background.

In superb condition and magnificent patina.
