Large Swedish Jämtland cabinet

A very special cabinet from the upper north of Sweden

This cabinet has been scraped to its original fantastic blue colour, there are lovely patterns in the crownpiece of this cabinet

The wonderful arched shaped upper cabinet had wonderful paneled doors and multiple planks inside and above a lovely curved spoon rack

For this type of cabinets its an unusual large size, as these cabinets are normally quite small and about 170-180 cm high

The wonderful curved design in its top and bottom piece gives a soft elegant look to this cabinet

2 smaller drawers for storage in the upper piece and 3 large drawers in the bottom of the cabinet

A wonderful cabinet in a stunning blue colour you don’t find every day

Dating to the early 1800s, and in very good condition
