"Large Italian Landscape Painting"
Large Italian painting with bright colors and intense light, a small marina with fishermen busy repairing nets and traps in front of a hut. In the background, the city skyline and the tops of some ships and sailing vessels can be seen. In the foreground, the fishermen, with ropes and tools, boats, and the beach strewn with shells. This work was created by the painter Anna Hueber, of a foreign father and an Italian mother (Deliponti). It is signed lower right and dated 1900. Splendid wooden frame with a wide band and gilded with pure gold. Small losses and wear.
