Waffle/oil mold - 18th century Origin: Lorraine? Mold offered on the occasion of a wedding, it bears the initials of the spouses: CB and MP. The decoration of a bird symbolizes fertility. Decoration with bird and flowers on one side, the second side is decorated with a bouquet in a vase. Undated, but made in the 18th century. Closure by rack, articulation on rivet. Handles of square and octagonal section. Set in iron forged in the mass on the model of pieces of the 18th century. Very good condition. Length 84 cm, width 23 cm
