Antique Napoleon III French desk in fine exotic wood with finely chiseled gilt bronze appliqués.

The top features an original chiseled leather covering, edged with a gilt bronze border.

The front is punctuated by three drawers embellished with gilt bronze leaf-motif handles and escutcheons.

The four corners are adorned with large half-length female figures, typical of the period.

The sides, like the front, are bordered with bronze leaf-motif profiles with a mascaron in the center.

The opposite side mirrors the main one.

The interior is made of oak.
