Flemish Cabaret – After Van Ostade -

Unsigned oil painting on wood.
Titled on the back + stamp of the Antwerp Museum (hardly legible).
Measuring 49.5cm x 38cm, without frame, 57cm x 46cm in total.
Depicting a Flemish Cabaret Scene after a painting painted during the second half of the 17th century by Adriaen Van Ostade (1610-1685).
The original painting on wood measures 46cm x 31cm and is exhibited at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp (see attached photo).
This painting was painted at the beginning of the 20th century (there is a date of 1917 on the back, see photos).
This wooden panel is in very good condition.
The painting, never cleaned, not dirty, is in very good condition, neither repainted nor repaired of any kind, nothing shows up under UV rays.
In its original frame in good condition.
