6 Baccarat Dom Pérignon Champagne Flutes
The Baccarat factory, which still markets the model, writes that these Baccarat clear crystal flutes were named in homage to a key figure who advanced research in oenology, the French monk Dom Pérignon.
This model created in 1960 is described by the house as having a "stunning, pure, sophisticated and slender silhouette".
Our personal comment, just as complimentary, would perhaps be slightly different, in agreement however with "pure" and "slender".
We would simply say,
"sobriety in the service of elegance".
Everything in the structure contributes to the elegance this wide, very flat foot of 7.5 cm which ensures good stability and this very long leg which opens out into a narrow chalice with a 5.3 cm rim...
The Dom Pérignon flute is the ideal container for the vintage beverage of the same name or any other exceptional Champagne.
An important detail, we present to you the 6 flutes in the Baccarat packaging, Oscar IFEC of packaging (French Institute of Packaging and Conditioning) in 1973!
