Guillaume LEBOVITS known as Guylbo, a French artist born in 1897, produced numerous scenes of Parisian life and the south of France. Witnesses of his time are works dating from the 1930s, frequently painted on cardboard, as is the case here. This scene represents a train entering the station and passengers can be seen on the platforms under the glass roof waiting for the stop to take their seats on board. Signed lower left, dimensions without frame: 35 x 27 centimeters
