Pair of cornet vases, in the form known as Jasmine in Paris porcelain from the Empire period, early 19th century, beautiful Empire decoration gilded with fine gold of coats of arms adorned with a pansy and the motto Douce Amitié. Empire Restoration period, circa 1810-1820. The Pansy flower used as a rebus for a thought for the person you love and the motto on the other vase are typical of feminine objects at the beginning of the 19th century, at the origin of Romanticism.
