Gallé Single-flower Vase With Marsh Plants Circa 1900/1920

Charming little pear-shaped single-flower vase with a straight neck, made of multi-layered glass with a satin beige opalescent base, enhanced with purple decoration.
The naturalistic decoration, etched with acid, depicts marsh plants with great finesse, in a style typical of Art Nouveau.
The piece is signed Gallé in the decoration and bears an old label with the number ‘3’ under its base.

Condition: good condition. Please note: an old knock to the rim of the neck has caused a chip.
