Louis XVI Style Gilt Bronze Fireplace Trim
Gilt bronze mantelpiece set, consisting of a clock and two five-armed candelabras. Louis XVI style work decorated with garlands, acanthus leaves, rosettes and floral motifs. The clock is adorned with satyr heads in relief and topped with a cassolette with ram head handles. White enameled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals. The two matching candelabras have elegant scrolls and beautiful gilding. In good condition. Measurement of the clock alone: 44.5 cm high, 24 cm wide, 16 cm deep.
