Napoleon III Period Bronze And Porcelain Garniture

Napoleon III period bronze and porcelain Garniture including a clock and two cassolettes. The clock is in the shape of a Roman temple composed of three fluted columns on each side topped by a Corinthian capital. The sides and uprights of the facade imitate cut stone.
In the center is a porcelain plaque decorated with a Roman landscape. This clock rests on a gilded wooden base with a red velvet top.
The A&N Paris movement, 1855 silver medal, is in working order.
The pair of cassolettes in the shape of an antique vase is made of gilded bronze and porcelain with antique decoration. They rest on a gilded wooden base with a red velvet top.
This mantelpiece was used as a set in the Sarah Bernhardt film La Divine. It is visible at the beginning of the film where we hear it ringing.
