"Reliquary Of Saint John Nepomuk – Circa 1800 "
A relic of our Holy Man, placed in an encolpion, sealed with a wax seal, sits in the center of this reliquary. The seal is probably a Spanish seal with a royal coat of arms. It is surrounded by a fine assembly of golden cannetilles and colored glass beads.
The whole, very balanced, is in turn inserted into a hammered copper plate, with motifs of shells, acanthus leaves and cornucopias from which flowers emerge.
Dimensions: 30 cm by 22.
