Biography – Vicente Agulló de C.
Vicente Agulló de C. is a Spanish sculptor active in the 1960s–1970s, known for his collaborations with the Porta Celi factory. Based in Bétera (near Valencia), Porta Celi produced decorative sculptures in enameled or matte porcelain, often mounted on natural stone bases (travertine, marble).
The preferred themes are stylized animals (owls, bears, bulls), produced in small series but always certified as handcrafted works. The style combines geometric modernity with a certain monumentality inspired by Iberian tradition.
