"Jacques Lagrange Cueillettes à Antibes 1955"
Painting by Jacques Lagrange from the series of pickings signed lower right, and dated on the back 1955. Lagrange painted a whole series of paintings representing figures engaged in agricultural work, mostly picking, in his post-cubist vein, and bold and effective color harmonies, proving that in addition to the painter, we must see in him the professor at the school of fine arts and the creator of tapestry patterns.
