Jean LAFON (pseudonym Keuleyan) was born in 1886 in Paris. He died there in 1973. A painter of landscapes and seascapes, he was a master of light. In this large painting painted in the late afternoon, he demonstrates all his talent. Jean Lafon is featured in the "Bénézit", the Georges Pompidou Center has one of his paintings.
